One to one & small size groups Private Language Lessons last for 1hour.

By booking a private lesson you agree to the following terms and conditions:

​

a. Fees for monthly bookings need to be paid monthly in advance of the first lesson of that calendar month.

b. Fees for individual lessons are to be paid in cash or via bank transfer prior to the lesson.

c. Bookings for individual sessions need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson.

d. Lessons booked on a per-session basis do not reserve the time slot, which must be rebooked each week with at least 24 hours notice.

e. Monthly payment secures your schedule earlier.

f. We appreciate that plans can change for that reason rescheduling and cancellation must be done at least 6 hours before the scheduled lesson.

g. Students who arrive late will only receive a lesson for the remainder of their allocated time slot. We advise students to arrive on time.

College Orientation Tours, Abroad Language Courses, Holiday & Cultural Packages: 

 

They all require Full Payment and Registration Fee due for the determined date. In some cases, we may accept half the tuition before the class starts, with the remaining balance to be paid on the first day of class. The terms vary according to the program you request and you will be informed with all required information at the time of booking.
